One of the things we did most often during our trip was play with our friends at the play area at our hotel. We would go there almost every day because it was so much fun. The play area had lots of space to run around, and we were always excited to see who would be there. We laughed a lot and made up different games to keep ourselves entertained.
Our favorite game to play was called Monster. One person would be the monster, and everyone else had to run away. The monster tried to tag us or hit us with the balls they threw. It was really exciting because we had to be fast and pay attention at all times. Sometimes we would scream and laugh while running away, especially when the monster got really close. When someone got tagged, they would become the next monster. We could play this game for a long time without getting bored.
We also had jujitsu lessons, which were really fun and interesting. At first, some of the moves seemed hard, but I practiced and started to improve. I learned how to do cartwheels and the proper way to roll during combat so I wouldn’t get hurt. It made me feel proud of myself when I could do the moves correctly. I also liked learning how to stay balanced and strong. It was cool to try something new and feel like I was learning real skills.
Another activity we did was beach volleyball. Playing on the sand was different from playing on a regular court. It was harder to run and jump because our feet would sink into the sand. Even though it was challenging, it was still a lot of fun. The only part I didn’t really like was diving for the ball because I didn’t want to get sandy. Sometimes the sand would get everywhere! Even so, we still had a great time playing.
