We arrived in the city of Ronda by train the 21st and after an excruciatingly painful five-minute walk slightly downhill we stopped at a Paella restaurant(A rice based meal in a wide shallow pan) we snuck into our hotel(like chatterbox 3 year-old-having-a-window shattering-temper-tantrum level sneaky) because we registered as only having 4 people in our group(Wells is a ghostđŸ‘»)instead of 5(Well based on Maxwell’s intellect he counts as like negative 1% of a person, yep, me being the super supportive and loving big brother👍) so we just didn’t let him come in and he slept outside(In your dreams😛) no he just stayed on a nearby playground while we checked in before we joined him and waited until the workers at the inn went to naptime. Day 1 of 3 survived(miraculously so).

The next day we hopped on a train bound for Granada. To be continued

The next day we woke up at the crack of dawn(technically before that because the sun was blocked by a ton of other buildings so we couldn’t see it) and procured the invaluable consignment, known to you, employees of IHaveBoringNamesForThings.com, as pastries😒. Just so you know I used to have 6 arms but the rest got frostbitten and we had to amputate them because it was so cold! We played on the forenamed playground for
uh
some amount of time before leaving the city(maybe it’s a town)via a medieval trail made by the moors. Ronda is situated on a cliffside overlooking a vast expanse of pastures straight out of Don Quixote(Foreshadowing!). The moors, who at the time at all but conquered Spain, decided this would make a fine place to make a castle: In the middle of nowhere(correction from my alter ego states that it is actually in the middle of Spain but whatever). We walked down the path and got some paralleled(I don’t know if this is a real word just know it means the opposite of unparalleled and don’t get me wrong they were great sights I’ve just seen better although those are few and far between, I mostly just wanted to say paralleled for no exact reason)views of the Spanish countryside and ruins. We walked back up to the main town and toured the outside of one of the oldest bullfighting arenas in the world where my brothers went crazy and chased me around as thought they were bulls(really small, stinky bulls). Now for my favorite part; Along the Main Street, we noticed a shop that had a big statue of Don Quixote so we figured we might as well check it out. When we went inside, it was meters of wall filled with swords and armour, in the back there was a stand that displayed licensed replicas of the weapons the characters used in the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movies. We explored this shop for a while and kept debating about which armaments and helmets were the coolest and most practical before ultimately needing to leave(my heart is anguished by the mere thought) although it was to take a stroll across the city’s ancient walls so it wasn’t all terrible but it still can’t compare to an armoury. We examined a few more shops including my surprisingly least favourite, the gaming store, not a video game store but one for board games, card games, and RPGs, it even had wide selection of manga. I’m not going to include my ravings on why it wasn’t the best in the main topic so click here if you actually wish to hear my ranting of self-pity.

The rest of the day we did pretty basic stuff and we watched the sunset from the huge bridge on the middle of the town while drinking fresh squeezed orange juice.
