On the 24th of march we went to a factory called the Soy Sauce Factory. We went to the area where they make the soy sauce and dipped our hands in a tub filled with water mixed with something called Amakaze which is a sweet fermented rice drink made in Japan. After that we went to a room where they sold soy sauce, miso, and other sauces and powders. While we were there we tried dashi which is fish sauce that Nate learned to make delicious eggs with. After that we tried two ditterent flavors of Amakaze and they were not to our liking🤢. After the Soy Sauce Factory we went to a cheese cake cafe that had an amazing cream brûlée cheese cake. It said that the ice cream had soy sauce but we got it and sadly it didn’t.
